Your form data is owned by you. Additionally, ShalomPJ treats your forms as if they were private, unless you made your forms publicly available via a public link. ShalomPJ does not sell or make available your forms to anyone and does not use the form responses you collect for purposes unrelated to you or our services, except in a limited set of circumstances (e.g. ShalomPJ is compelled by a subpoena, or if you’ve given us permission to do so).
ShalomPJ safeguards respondents’ email addresses. ShalomPJ doesn’t sell or make available these email addresses and we use them only as directed by you and in accordance with this policy. The same is true for any email addresses collected through your forms.
ShalomPJ holds your data securely only 2 day's.
Form data is stored on servers located Google form. More information is available Google Privacy Policy ShalomPJ will process your form data on your behalf and under your request, including those agreed to in this privacy policy.
ShalomPJ does not sell or make available your responses to third parties. ShalomPJ doesn’t sell or share your form responses with third party advertisers or marketers.

When you generate forms by ShalomPJ, we collect, on behalf and upon instructions, including the ones provided in this privacy policy, of form generation, information relating to you and your use of our services from a variety of sources. - Form responses. ShalomPJ collects and stores data only two day's from the form responses that you submit and it deleted permanently from Shalom PJ's Google Drive. A form may ask you to provide personal information or data. If you have any questions about a form you are taking, please contact us directly. is not responsible for the content of that form.
2. How does JotForm Inc. use the information collected?
Your form responses are owned and managed by the Google form services, and ShalomPJ treats that information as private to the form generator, except if the form generator has made the received generated pdf file available via a public link. ShalomPJ does not sell or make available form responses to third parties. does not use any contact details collected in our form generator’ forms to contact form respondents.
3. With whom does ShalomPJ share or disclose your information?
ShalomPJ does not sell or make available your form responses without express permission! ShalomPJ use Google form and spreadsheet ("Google Drive connected to ShalomPJ") for generate forms.

ShalomPJ use Google blogger and Drive, so your personal information will be hosted and processed by ShalomPJ's Google Drive Account it is under protected two-factor authentication.
